Autumn Cline will be creating a menu to embrace the design and vibe of Mercy Me - bright and colorful with thoughtful details scattered throughout. Autumn's menu will be fun and casual yet composed and exciting with approachable but bold flavors.
Chef Autumn Cline cut her teeth in the high-pressure kitchens of our nations capitol After a stint at the Michelin-starred Rose's Luxury in Washington, DC she joined Rappahannock Oyster Bar to channel her southern Virginia roots while tapping into the bounty of the Chesapeake, then helped launch Emilie’s on Capitol Hill. Chef Autumn's style is rooted in southern cuisine that was influenced by cooking and gardening with her grandparents throughout her childhood. Seafood became a big feature of her cuisine after her time at Rappahannock Oyster Bar and Oyster Farm where the bounty of the Chesapeake region connected with her foundation of Appalachian cuisine and preservation. Cline is now planning her own concept and a series of pop-up dinners.
