Crisol Record Club pop-up 10/26

Crisol Record Club is the passion project of Kevin Cassidy, who started the popup series in 2019 after years of being inspired by the flavors of the Yucatán. House-made versions of two foundational ingredients of Yucatecan cooking - recado rojo, or achiote, and recado negro, or chilmole - will be utilized throughout the meal in unexpected ways. Though far from traditional, these dishes hope to honor the smoke, acid, and heat of Yucatecan cuisine.
