Mercy Me Asado Night 10/15

Asado (barbeque parties) are a huge part of South American culture, particularly in Dani's native Argentina. Before the cool weather of fall takes over, we wanted to have one last (socially distanced and well masked) event to celebrate Mercy Me's Sorta South American roots. 

We'll be serving up some of our favorites including steaks from APD farm beef that we've lovingly dry-aged for 120 days alongside homemade South American style sausages, the best autumn vegetables. Fire roasted provoleta (if you know, you know; if you don't get ready!) will get things and a multi-layer dulce de leche rogel cake will round out the night. We've got a few other treats up our sleeves.
