Chefs Miguel Guerra and Tatiana Mora are creating a six-course vegan menu inspired by the ingredients and flavors of Latin American cuisine. While Latin American dishes are many times protein-centric, there are an infinite number of vegetables that, when they come together, create some of the most incredible vegan dishes.

To give everyone, carnivores and vegans alike, the chefs  – Tatiana Mora and Miguel Guerra - have rounded up a delicious menu where Latin vegetables and flavors take center stage.
